RSC (Regular Slotted Container)
- The most common and standard style container.
- When folded, the two outer flaps meet at the centre of the box and can be taped, glued or stapled to close.
- The RSC is a highly efficient design for many applications.
TOP/BOTTOM
- Consists of two separate pieces - a top piece which acts as a lid, and a bottom piece.
- True telescope boxes have the lid or cover extending past at least two-thirds the depth of the bottom piece.
HSC(Half Slotted Container)
- The RSC box with one set of flaps only. The HSC consists of flaps on one end, and open on the other.
- The thickness of fibreboard at sides and ends afford maximum protection of contents and superior stacking strength.
FPF (Five Panel Folder)
- The FPF, a very economical and easy-to-use package, is a single cut.
- Box has no manufacturer's joint. It is especially suited to long flat objects, then sealed on each end and one side FOL.
FOL(Full Overlap)
- All flaps have the same length, equal to the width of the box. When closed, the outer flaps come within one inch of complete overlap.
- Stacked on its bottom panel, the overlapping flaps provide added cushioning.
SLEEVE/COVER
- The two covers are interchangeable, one on the bottom and one on the top.
- This box style is great for heavy objects that are difficult or awkward to lower into a conventional box.
NESTING PAD
- Also known as Inner packaging, its pieces are used to separate, cushion, suspend and fill irregular spaces within a container.
- The Pad is a single corrugated sheet, and can be supplied to your specifications.
DIE CUT
- Die cut boxes are highly customizable corrugated cardboard boxes designed to fit any shape, size, or need.
- They are cut from plain sheets of corrugated material on a machine known as a die press (or die cutter).
